The video shows a woman holding a desk over a student’s head and yelling “I’ll hit you with it, and then we’ll see! I’m going to jail, but you’re going to get f*cked up!” The shocking video was sent to the editorial office of gomel.today by the parents of one of the students.
The incident happened on September 11th. TUT.by writes that after the incident the school was visited by a commission from the regional executive committee, the headmaster was reprimanded and the 56-year-old teacher Lyudmila Ivanauna was fired. The woman had worked at the school for 37 years.
According to TUT.by, the teacher admitted at the general meeting that she was guilty, but tried to explain that the pupils had provoked her.
“You know, one thing led to another. It was my bad health, fatigue, and the child was clearly provoking me.. This is not my class. Their teacher was sick and I was asked to replace her. In the morning on the first shift I gave lessons to my class. During the break I managed to go feed my sick bedridden mother, I did not have time for my own injections. I ran to school and came to this fourth grade,” she told reporters.
