The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has set new tariffs for services for the transportation of Russian oil via Belarusian trunk pipelines.
In a press release, the ministry noted that the new tariffs were determined in strict accordance with bilateral agreements between Belarus and Russia. The revision of tariffs is a planned event that occurs annually, mart.gov.by reports.
Tariffs are changing in line with the average annual consumer price index determined by the parameters of the Russian socio-economic development forecest (4.6% in 2019), increased by 3%.
Thus, for 2019, the tariffs for oil transportation services through the Belarusian main pipelines have been indexed by 7.6%.
