Representatives of various factions and countries have published an open letter, reports Franak Vyachorka, adviser to Svyatlana Tsikhanouskaya.
They believe that if Russian troops remain in Belarus, it “should be seen as an occupation of Belarus.”
“Any diplomatic solution to deter possible Russian aggression against Ukraine should include an independent and democratic future for Belarus, not at its cost,” they stressed.
