The Mahiliou police drew a protocol upon local ournalist Alina Skrabunova, accusing her of ‘illegal production of media products’ (Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences), the Belarusian Association of Journalists (BAJ) reports.

On Friday, the trial of TUT.by journalist Nadzeya Kalinina was resumed in Leninski district of Minsk.

On Thursday evening, 47 foreign and Belarusian media workers who were covering protest and solidarity rallies in Minsk were detained in Freedom Square and adjacent streets.
