The former head of the HTP plans to appeal against the decision of the CEC that rejected the signatures in his favor.
Potential presidential candidate Valer Tsapkala wrote in his Twitter that he had no intention to give up and would fight for each signature. He promised to publish tomorrow an instruction to appeal against the decisions.

On June 30, the CEC announced that Valer Tsapkala had not collected the necessary number of signatures to become a presidential candidate. The commission approved only 75 thousand out of 160 thousand signatures.
