Russian journalist Sasha Sotnik said that the attacks in Brussels are a blow to the political center of Europe. According to the journalist, when such events happen, you need to look for people who could benefit from the attacks.

“The terrorists may benefit from it, of course, it’s understandable. They sow fear. Their purpose is to intimidate European society. In Paris, they failed to do so. Now comes the second attempt – in Brussels. Who else could benefit? Kremlin – yes, because now the European society can move to the right, towards isolation, even split, conduct tougher immigration policies. Kremlin would benefit from such destabilization in Europe. In general, the greater the confusion, noise and dust, the easier it is to achieve their goals,”said Russian journalist.

He noted that Russian propagandists did not hide their joy about what happened in Brussels, but predicted that Europe will look for ways of rapprochement with Russia. People surrounding Putin are dreaming to stop being outcasts and have sanctions lifted, believes Mr Sotnik. He noticed that one of the notorious propagandists wrote that the next terrorist attack could happen in Berlin.

“I would advise to pay attention to it: blackmailers always remain true to themselves, even if their ears do not stick out from behind international terrorists. By the way, who nurtured them? Was it the KGB maybe?” asked Sotnik.

According to him, the Russian special services perfected the covering and concealment of traces. “They have been in power for 16 years. You can imagine how far they have spread their tentacles,” said the Russian journalist.
