Mick Jagger: Long live Belarus!

The leader of the iconic band The Rolling Stones addressed the Belarusians at ‘I’m with the Banned’, a concert of solidarity with parforming artists whoseactivity is banned in their home countries, and the people of Belarus.

A special video message from Mick Jagger was shown during the concert in London. The musician wished the Belarusians good luck with the project for freedom, free speech and free assembly and joining Europe. “Long live Belarus!” he said.

The concert took place on October, 18. It was broadcast live by BBC 3, Belsat TV and others.

Pink Floyd frontman David Gilmour, Russian punk activists Pussy Riot, Belarusian punk-rockers Brutto took part in the event.
