The consortium has confirmed the signing of the balance for oil supplies from Russia in 2020 in the amount of 24 million tons.
Belneftekhim also explains that in accordance with the intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Russia, “the indicative balance of oil supplies may be amended until November 15 of the year the balance is signed”.
The actual volume of oil refining in Belarus amounted to about 18 million tons in 2019.
Earlier, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation reported that Russia and Belarus had signed the indicative balance sheet of “duty-free oil supplies for 2020,” reports interfax.by. Then the volume of supplies was not specified.
