Belarusian volunteer fighter injured in Donbas

A Belarusian volunteer fighting on the Ukrainian side was injured in the vicinity of Avdiivka – a grenade exploded near him. The injure is not life-threatening, the Tactical Group Belarus reports.

“Now ‘hospitallers’ (volunteer doctors) are taking care of him. We do not indicate our position and his nom-de-guerre for obvious reasons,” the statement says.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian top officials state that the Russian side has greatly increased the intensity of attacks on Ukrainian army positions by using Minsk-banned heavy weapons placed in the residential neighborhoods of occupied settlements.

According to the Belarusian Interior Ministry,  the country’s law enforcement agencies opened 135 criminal cases against citizens of Belarus who fought or are fighting in Donbas.
