On April 28, a Minsk court sentenced the public activist Maksim Vinyarsky to 7 days of arrest.

Later, activist Volha Mikalaychyk was detained at the entrance to her house in Minsk.

The detention was witnessed by the activist Leanid Kulakou, who came to visit Mikalaychyk after three unknown people tried to enter her house earlier.

At a certain moment, when Kulakov went to the car to get he posters he had prepared for the May Day demonstration, two men in plain clothes ran up to the house.

“She was grabbed and dragged into a blue minibus. It is not known where they took her. “

Volha did not manage to close the appartment, and Leanid did not know where the keys were, so he had to stay inside on watch.

Most likely, Volha Mikalaychyk will face trial.

On April 26, during the Chernobyl Way, Mikalaychyk and Vinyarsky were among those who held up portraits of political prisoners. Leanid Kulakou was also there.
